Therefore, please check the products immediately upon receipt and contact us to address your inquiries. In the event that you receive a product different from your request, it is necessary to photograph the product and the label information on the shipping box, within only 4 hours of receiving the order. The products must be in their original condition upon return. In the event that you receive a different request, we will bear the full costs on our part. Otherwise, the customer will bear a recharge fee of 80 riyals. In the event that the customer refuses to receive the order or cancels it during the delivery process, the amount of 80 riyals for delivery will be deducted from the total amount.
